Refund policy

 

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unworn, with all original accessories, tags (if applicable), and packaging. You may also be required to provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at rehanrasheed615@gmail.com. Please do not send any product back before contacting us and receiving return instructions. The return address will be provided after your return request has been reviewed and approved.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

If the item is damaged after delivery due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear, it will not be eligible for a return or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or other practical reasons.

Non-returnable items may include:

- Used, worn, or damaged products
- Products missing original packaging, accessories, or parts
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products that have been modified or altered by the customer
- Items returned without prior approval from RTR Store
- Clearance or final-sale items, where specifically mentioned on the product page

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.

For an exchange request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, we may offer a refund or another suitable solution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are a consumer located in the European Union and your order is covered by applicable EU consumer protection laws, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

The 14-day period generally begins when you or a third party designated by you receives the goods.

Any applicable EU cancellation and refund rights will be handled in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through an available payment method such as bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. You may be required to provide accurate payment details.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by RTR Store.
